Like you, I have had my share of bad experiences at car dealerships. But I can still say that they are not all bad. The Presidents Award is given to less than 300 Ford Dealers a year out of over 4000 Dealers. It is awarded based on the highest customer satisfaction scores. I have been told there are less than 8 dealers in the entire nation to accomplish this. They have actually won the Presidents Award more times than most car dealerships around them have been in business!

They have a tremendous selection of vehicles, I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and they have never over promised and under delivered.
